Preliminary Nomination Notice

This preliminary nomination was not a general invitation but the result of a structured evaluation process based on both quantitative and qualitative assessments comparing companies within the same industry sector.

Through expert review conducted across multiple evaluation categories, UNIVERSE Interpretation & Translation was selected as a preliminary nominee for the Leadership Management Excellence Brand category.




Evaluation Criteria

Companies were evaluated across the following official categories:

CEO Leadership (200 Points)

Assessment areas included:

  • Leadership capability

  • Management philosophy

  • Organizational culture

  • Internal and external communication effectiveness



Management Performance (300 Points)

Evaluation focused on:

  • Recent business performance

  • Organizational efficiency

  • Operational innovation cases



Social Responsibility (500 Points)

Assessment included:

  • ESG implementation

  • Corporate social responsibility initiatives


Evaluation Method

A panel of experts conducted the evaluation using a 1,000-point scoring framework, combining both qualitative and quantitative assessment criteria.

Based on this evaluation system, UNIVERSE Interpretation & Translation was recognized as a preliminary nominee for the Leadership Management Excellence Brand category.
